I'm trying to find the key to communication with the other world. I hear the constant ringing in my head gains my attention. From that point I start to tune the noise until I hear the message OR I will see floods of random things: people places, objects, letters, colors.
In your mind make a passageway to you. Use a DOOR. You will see them line up. At that point it's time to tune into these spirit. Stop when it gets scary.
It can react with uneasy feeling passed on to you. The key here is not only are spirit people trying to communicate with you, past events, thoughts--->memories they come back to haunt you.
Another piece to the puzzle that you have not let the spirit people frighten you. They do not mean to scare you. They just want to be heard.
Turn on a radio tune in AM and listen to the static noise. Past the Radio Program deep. Listen Deep and beyond that. Listen they are there don't be scared.
